No. Your story and your songs won't be intentionally publicly showcased without your separate permission. We treat what you share with care and respect.
Most custom-song orders are completed within approximately 48–72 hours after payment is confirmed and all necessary song details have been received. More complex requests or periods of high demand may require additional time. If you have a specific celebration date, please include it in your request so we can review your timeline. We'll communicate any anticipated delays.
Your package includes two unique personalized song versions, and both are yours to keep. If neither version meets your expectations, please contact us within five calendar days of delivery. We'll work with you to understand your concerns and provide one additional musical interpretation at no extra charge. Because each song is newly created, additional versions may have different melodies, vocals, and arrangements.
Each song is custom-created using your personal story and preferences. Orders are generally nonrefundable once production begins, except as required by law or when we're unable to fulfill the agreed service.
